Located in the heart of Puglia, Roberta Azienda Agricola Biologica continues a family tradition that has preserved the local olive growing culture for over sixty years.
The company, founded in the 1950s thanks to the vision of Grandfather Vito, continues its journey today with dedication, promoting the local area through the production of extra virgin olive oils obtained from select cultivars and quality-conscious processes.

From the purchase of the "La Fenice" estate in the 1960s, cultivated with passion, to the current expanses of olive trees, the history of Roberta Azienda Agricola Biologica is a journey of commitment, expertise, and family continuity.
With approximately 14 hectares and over 2,000 trees, the company has preserved the artisanal knowledge passed down from Grandfather Vito, combining it with modern techniques that respect the environment and enhance the quality of the olives.
After him, first his son Michele and now Roberta and her husband Giuseppe continue this legacy, combining innovation and ancient roots in a production model founded on transparency, respect for the land, and the pursuit of an oil capable of expressing refinement, authenticity, and character.
Our extra virgin olive oil: multi-varietal, genuine and rich in quality
The production of Olio Roberta extra virgin olive oil comes from prized cultivars such as Coratina (70%), Carolea, Nocellara and Ogliarola (20%).
Manual harvesting and immediate pressing preserve the freshness and integrity of the fruit, ensuring a product naturally rich in polyphenols and antioxidants.
The multivarietal approach allows us to obtain oils with different aromas, intensity, and textures, each capable of enhancing culinary preparations with a unique sensory profile.
